1. Digital Marketing

Job Description:

1. Implement, adapt and roll out (online) marketing strategies for the PT. Bloomfils brand, for the Miele brand and for Miele product campaigns to deliver best in class online- communication initiatives in Indonesia considering corporate and global guidelines as well as regional objectives
2. Develop and execute annual editorial plan for online communication channels in Indonesia
3. Be the link between on- and offline marketing activities to streamline and achieve a uniform brand appearance and support the team in offline-marketing activities (e.g events)

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Media Design/Communication Management/Public Relatin or similar
2. Min. 2 years experience in Digital or E-commerce marketing for international brands
3. Broad knowledge and hands-on experience of campaign management, social media (IG, YT) performance marketing, webshop, CRM and analytics
4. Creative mindset as well as strategic and analytical skills

2. Legal Staff

Job Description :

1. Assisting in providing administrative supports for PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya and its Affiliates (“NSR and its Affiliates”), including recording, filing and updating the article of association of NSR and its Affiliates.
2. Assisting in conducting any research, either research by regulations and/or research at the respective government authorities and preparing memo thereto to be submitted to the Legal Officer(s) and/or Legal Manager and/or Legal Head.
3. Reporting on day to day basis to Legal Officer(s), Legal Manager and Legal Head on the daily routine work and ad-hoc assignment as requested by Legal Officer(s), Legal Manager and Legal Head.
4. Preparing weekly report to the Legal Officer(s) and/or Legal Manager and/or Legal Head.
5. Preparing all required supporting documents in any application submission, either new license application relating with OSS or licenses extension application to the notary public and the respective government authorities
6. Conducting a proof-read as requested by Legal Officer(s) and/or Legal Manager and/or Legal Head as well as conduct a preliminary

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree majoring Law
2. Have experience minimum 2-3 years as Legal Consultant / In-House
3. Able to writing and speaking in English
4. Has a good interpersonal skill and able working with team

3. Digital Partnership Acquisition

Job Description :

1. Identify strategic opportunities for digital product through strong understanding of the market and partner’s business needss
2. Create mutual strategic digital product partnership
3. Continously review market landscape and indetifying developing partnership and Acquisition opportunities

Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
2. Experience in E-Commerce for more than 2 years
3. Strategic analyst in Digital Product
4. Able to multitask and process-oriented
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Energic, fast-learner, self-driven, creative, and tough
7. Strong analytical and planning

4. Film Promotion Partnership

Job Description :

1. Partnership with all kind of potential media (TV, Radio, Newspaper OOH, etc.)
2. Create promotion concepts to the movies
3. Organize and executing movies activations
4. Making monthly report progress

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
2. Have experience minimum 5 years in related field
3. Max 35 years old

5. Video Editor

Job Description :

1. Making and editing video footage to tell stories that relate to desired field content
2. Creatively to developing and produce new ideas or concepts that resonate with target audiences
3. Redefine a video brief within the constraints of costs and time to produce accurate and high-quality work

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in related field
2. Have experience minimum 1 year as Video Editor
3. Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect
4. Motion graphic, film or cinematography
5. Voice-over recording, sound mixing and color grading
