1. Accounting and Tax Specialist

Role describtion :

• Record and verify all financial transactions (income and expenses).
• Prepare and manage accurate financial and tax reports.
• Calculate and file monthly and annual taxes (VAT, Income Tax SPT).
• Organize and maintain financial and tax documentation.
• Placement in PIK 2, North Jakarta

2. Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager

Role describtion :

• Prepare and review financial reports (monthly-yearly) and analyze PEL. cash flow, and costs.
• Manage company taxes (PPh, VAT, etc.) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and monitor budget vs actual spending.
• Supervise finance team, maintain internal controls, and support audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4-5 years experience in accounting/finance/tax, incl. 2-3 years in managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and auditing.
• Proficient in Accurate software; Jotform familiarity is a plus.
• Placement in PIK 2, North Jakarta

3. Ads Specialist (TikTok Ads & Meta Ads)

Role describtion :

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and track budget pacing.
• Stay updated on platform policies and digital marketing best practices

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; FMCG/Beauty experience is a plus.
• Min. 1 year experience in digital advertising/performance marketing.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM).
• Detail-oriented, proficient in Excel/Sheets, fast learner, and able to work on-site at PIK 2, North Jakarta.

4. Product Development Supervisor

Role describtion :

• Lead end-to-end product development from research, ideation to launch.
• Guide team in creating product concepts aligned with market and brand needs.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to meet quality and timeline.
• Monitor packaging trends/innovation and propose new strategies to management.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree, fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
• 3-5 years experience in beauty product development, with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of beauty trends, ingredients, and consumer insights.
• Skilled in market research, project management, and innovation delivery.
• Placement in PIK 2, North Jakarta

5. Host Live Streaming

Role describtion :

• Do a live streaming in a online Platform (such as TikTok, Shopee, etc)
• Create a pleasant atmosphere so that the audience continues to watch the streaming that is being held.
• Work with operator live streaming to achieve a selling in platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Streaming within Beauty or FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Creative, innovative, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Problem-solving oriented and available to join immediately.
• Placement in PIK 2, North Jakarta

6. Sales Merchandiser

Role describtion:

• Monitor stock availability and movement.
• Monitor product pricing and promotions.
• Prepare purchase order (PO) estimations.
• Implement FIFO system and planogram execution.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 28 years old, minimum education SMA/SMK.
• Experience as SPG/Merchandiser (preferably in Beauty Products/Personal Care).
• Own an Android smartphone, motorcycle, and valid driving license (SIM).
• Target-oriented, mobile, and willing to cover Bekasi & North Jakarta areas.

7. Area Sales Supervisor

Role describtion :

• Plan and execute sales strategies, including new outlet openings (NOO).
• Monitor sales performance, distribution, and distributor stock levels.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at outlets to drive sales.
• Supervise team activities, track achievements, and prepare stock reports.

Requirements :

• Min 3 years experience as a Area sales supervisor in Personal care/ FMCG.
• Have a SIM A/C active.
• Understanding about area coverage.
• Active, creative and have a strong marketing planning.
• Can join as soon as possible.
• Placement in Mataram

8. SPG Event (10-12 October 2025)

Role describtion:

• Promote and introduce products to consumers at outlets, stores, or events.
• Explain product advantages in an informative and persuasive manner.

Requirements:

• Experience as Sales Promotion Girl in a product beauty.
• Can join As Soon As Possible
• Placement in Bandung, Yogya Beauty Fair
