1. Maintenance Planning Supervisor

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min. 2-3 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

2. Maintenance Planner

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
Min. 1 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis.
Excellent knowledge and technical of Heavy/Mobile Equipment and Maintenance operation.
Strong knowledge and experience of Repair and Maintenance Methodology and Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis
Strong knowledge Cost and Capital Engineering.
Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

3. PM Technician Supervisor

Qualifications :

High School Graduate of Engineering
1 years of experience in Mobile Plant Mining Industry and Asset Equipment Health initiatives or related field
Advanced knowledge in maintenance analytical tools (VIMS, VHMS, ET, Mpro, Insite.)
Advanced knowledge in mechanical awareness
Advanced understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
Understanding of maintenance workforce roles and responsibilities
High communication skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

4. PM Technician Foreman

Qualifications :

High School Graduate of Engineering
1 years of experience in Mobile Plant Mining Industry and Asset Equipment Health initiatives or related field
Advanced knowledge in maintenance analytical tools (VIMS, VHMS, ET, Mpro, Insite.)
Advanced knowledge in mechanical awareness
Advanced understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
Understanding of maintenance workforce roles and responsibilities
High communication skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

5. Mechanic Supervisor

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering

8. Tyre Engineer

Qualifications :

Diploma Degree of Industrial Engineering
1 year experiences in Mining Industry or having international recognised trades qualification
Has good knowledge of Tyre management software such as TTC, enTIRE, Fleetaid, etc.
Has good knowledge with haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection and management
Has good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis.
Has good knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management systems and standards.
Very good in managing reports (management system, technical documentation, etc.).
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

9. Equipment Health Analyst

Qualifications :

Diploma Degree of Engineering
Min. 3 years experiences in mining industry and equipment health initiatives.
Advanced knowledge in maintenance analytical tools (VIMS, VHMS, ET, MPro, Insite)
Advanced knowledge of fluid and grease analysis methods (for oil, fuel, coolant, grease)
Advanced knowledge in mechanical awareness
Advanced understanding of heavy equipment maintenance management
Understand material mechanical properties (basic metallurgy, mechanical failure analysis)
Proficient lateral and analytical thinking
Multivariate data analytical capability
High communication skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

10. Auto Electrician Foreman

Qualifications :

Diploma with 1 year experiences in engineering (electrical).
Good understanding of electrical equipment, any cable size and wires commonly used in electrical installing.
Good understanding of electric installation.
Understanding of business line requirements and production targets.
Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs.
Commitment and good communication and supervisory skill.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

11. Welder Foreman

Qualifications :

High School Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
Min 1 year experience as a Welder in mining industry in leadership role
Qualifications and certificates in field of trade / required duties
Fully understand and be able to operate welding machines and others welding equipment
Understand structural repairs and fatigue patterns, following correct fabrication practices and welding procedures.
Understanding of business line requirements and production targets.
Understanding of equipment availability and planning of repairs.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

12. Tyre Foreman

Qualifications :

High School Graduate of Engineering
1 Year of Tyre Fitter Experiences in Mining Industries
Has a good knowledge about Tyre Maintenance and Repair activities
Has a good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis
Good in managing tyre site reports
Proactive safety attitude and demonstrate to sub ordinate
Good analytical and leadership skill
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

13. Cost Control

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree of Finance or accounting
Min. 1 year experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project control.
Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills
Ability to operate computer and other office facility
Determine the requirements for Project Control
Works in detail but can comprehend the “big picture”, analytical thinking and creative.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

14. Training Specialist

Qualifications :

High School Graduate of Any major
Min. 1 year experiences in Mining and Heavy Equipment.
Cert. III in Engineering of both electrical/electronic and mechanical trades – preferably holding
Cert. IV in Training and Assessment.
Has proficient knowledge about Mining processes.
Willing to travel to all company’s project sites.
Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
Good presentation and leadership skill.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
