1. Operator Customer Service

Task & Responsibility :

  • Responsible for repair and maintenance of tanks at customers
  • Planning for maintenance and repair of the company’s investment in the customer
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up on complaints that have not been resolved
  • Control and ensure that ISO and SAP procedures run correctly
  • Ensure work documentation (files, documents, and letters) is appropriate ISO requirements
  • Control the costs and use the costs incurred
  • Ensure the implementation of the K3 program and help create and provide approval of internal accident investigation reports and related K3 reports

Requirements :

  • Minimum D3 majoring in Engineering
  • Experienced minimum 2 years in Mechanical/Electrical
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office/Open Office and other digital technologies
  • Able to read piping and electrical network installation drawings
  • Understand how to install mechanical equipment & electrical instruments

2. Mechanic Operator

Task & Responsibility :

  • Develop and realize a preventive vehicle maintenance plan per quarterly physical field conditions such as confirming the relevant section regarding the vehicle repair/maintenance process, making timely vehicle repairs, and making daily reports on vehicle repair activities
  • Responsible for the readiness & availability of vehicles for liquid delivery such as maintaining the vehicle every day including the engine and vehicle body (preventive maintenance) and storing damaged vehicles at the scene
  • Responsible for making periodic repair schedules and light services such as arranging periodic repair schedules and realizing preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance work
  • Responsible for checking the vehicle regularly
  • Responsible for administration and archiving of documents related to the repair process and vehicle maintenance process
  • Responsible for checking, controlling and reducing costs in his department for efficiency
  • Responsible for safety distribution such as ensuring the completeness of K3 on the vehicle

Requirement :

  • Education minimum Mechanical Engineering from Vocational High School

3. Staf Akuntansi

Task & Responsibility :

  • Responsible for updating stock data and stock reports
  • Carry out controlling transactions
  • Responsible for making cash and bank reports
  • Responsible for administrative work at the Filling Station

Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably at least 1 year experience
  • Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies, experienced in using ERP systems is preferred

4. Distribution Staff

Job Description :

  • Responsible for work plan and delivery
  • Responsible for checking and controlling distribution operational costs
  • Controlling the spare parts cost, fleet maintenance, and monitor the stock inventories
  • Ensure delivery orders (DO) are clear and in accordance before delivery
  • Responsible for permission (vehicle licenses, road documents, etc.) and completeness of the vehicles safety kit (K3) before departure and after returning from clients/ other suppliers
  • Make reports related to distribution activities

5. Staf Quality Control

Job Description :

  • Controlling the raw materials used and the quality of the products produced in accordance with quality standards
  • Checking and calibrating measuring instruments in accordance with calibration standards

  • Executing and moniroting the implementation of quality, K3L, and 5R policies

Requirement :

  • Minimum S1 Cemical Engineering/ Pharmacy

6. Production Operator

Task & Responsibility :

  • Run the production process, machine operations, and product quality inspection processes
  • Check the equipment, monitor the malfunction of the machine, and carry out the maintenance work plan
  • Monitor production efficiency, production capacity, and machine working hours

  • Executing and monitoring the implementation of quality, K3L, and 5R policies

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

7. Human Capital Business Partner Staff

Task & Responsibility :

  • Cooperating with external parties
  • Carry out a series of New Employee Orientation processes to ensure new employees know the company’s work processes and job descriptions that will be given to the employees concerned, to support the smooth running of the company’s business processes
  • Work with the assigned department leaders to build talent pipeline for their team, including manpower planning, identification and development of key talent, succession plans and implementation of relevant programs, initiatives to minimize talent risks and other relevant people metrics
  • Monitor and execute the administration of employee health insurance, employee movement (status changes in the system), COP process, HR reporting and facilitate performance appraisal process through HR system, including conduct socialization and follow through the process in the system

Job Description :

  • Coordinate with other divisions regarding requests, purchases, and arrivals of goods.
